FPZ Blower SCL K07-TD-7.5

Remove #723 flange and #426 O-Ring by removing #908 screws.

Take away the silencers from the unit, being careful not to lose the #424 gaskets.

Extract the #720 panels from the silencer housings.

Clean up the #710 retaining screen.

Replace and reassemble, proceeding in reverse order, remembering to include the #424 gaskets.

Verify machine has reached 25,000 working hours or 4 years of operation

Ensure machine is powered off and disconnected from the power source

Remove the blower housing to access the bearings

Replace the old bearings with new ones

Clean all components thoroughly

Reassemble components in reverse order

Reconstruct #423 seal using Loctite 598 or similar if needed, after cleaning the sealing surfaces of any existing sealant

Ensure the position of #230 and #231 impellers is not reversed

Inspect the cartridge filter for dirt and debris

Clean the cartridge filter if dirty

Replace the cartridge filter if necessary

Measure the suction resistance after replacement
