Check for external damage or peeling paint

Check the exposed connector (loosening)

Tighten the cover and main bolt

Clean spatters, sawdust and dust

Check hand cable and external battery cable (option)

Replacing battery (if built-in batteries are specified)

Replenish grease to each axis reducer (Except 7C/7LC)

Seal bolts removed from the grease inlet?

Supply a regulated amount of grease by using the injection syringe. Please note that grease might come out immediately after the grease has been supplied, or during the greasing. Even in this case, please do not supply grease beyond the regulated amount specified.

Grease supplied using the injection syringe?

Seal bolts replaced with new ones? If reusing a seal bolt, be sure to seal it with seal tape.

Replacing the mechanical unit cable

Mechanical unit cable replaced?

Replacing the controller batteries

Check for external damage or peeling paint

Clean spatters, sawdust and dust

Cleaning the controller ventilation system

Check for oil seepage on the sealed part of each joint

If there is oil seepage, clean it

Check if internal pressure of the grease bath has risen

If you must wipe oil frequently, and opening the grease outlet does not stop the seepage, perform the measures below

Check air pressure using the pressure gauge on the air control set

Check the joints, tubes, etc. for leaks

Check the supply pressure using the air purge kit

Check controller ventilation system

Cleaning the controller ventilation system

Confirm that the controller ventilation system is not dusty

If dust has accumulated, remove it.
