Interactive Pen Tip Replacement
Replacing the Interactive Pen Tip
Two interactive pens come with two types of pen tips, soft tips and hard tips.
The soft pen tips are installed on the pens by default.
• If the soft tip gets dirty or damaged, it becomes less responsive. Replace it with a new one supplied with the product.
• If the soft tip is hard to use on a textured surface, replace it with the hard tip.
If the hard tip is worn down or damaged, replace it with a new one.
Replacing the Soft Pen Tip
1. Twist off the tip of the interactive pen to remove it.
2. Pull the soft tip straight out.
Projection Window Cleaning
Warning: Do not use a lens cleaner that contains flammable gas. The high heat generated by the projector lamp may cause a fire.
Attention: Do not use glass cleaner or any harsh materials to clean the projection window and do not subject the projection window to any impacts; otherwise, it could be damaged.
Is the projection window clean?

Air Filter Replacement
Warning: Ensure the projector is turned off and unplugged before starting the procedure.
Is the air filter torn or damaged?
If the air filter is not damaged, stop the procedure.
Did you slide the air filter cover latch and open the air filter cover?
Did you pull the air filter out of the projector?
Dispose of used air filters according to local regulations.
Did you place the new air filter in the projector and push gently until it clicks into place?
Did you close the air filter cover?
Sign off on the air filter replacement
Interactive Pen Battery Replacement
Warning: Make sure you read the Safety Instructions before handling the batteries.
Pen indicator flashes when you press the button on the side of the pen?
If pen indicator does not flash, the battery has run out and needs to be replaced.
Remove the battery cover as shown.
Battery cover removed?
Remove the old battery.
Old battery removed?
Insert the battery with the + and - ends facing in the correct direction.
Battery inserted correctly?
Projector Case Cleaning
Warning: Turn off the projector and unplug the power cord before cleaning
Projector turned off and unplugged?
Use a soft, dry, lint-free cloth to remove dust or dirt
Dust and dirt removed?
For stubborn dirt, use a soft cloth moistened with water and mild soap
Stubborn dirt removed?
Do not use wax, alcohol, benzene, paint thinner, or other chemicals. These can damage the case. Do not use canned air, or the gases may leave a flammable residue.
