Sign off on the power supply & drive system check

Check the cylinders for damages

Replace the oil tank air filter

Clean or replace the hydraulic oil after 100 Hours of early operation

Replace hydraulic oil once every 2000 Hours

Check the cables for damage and if the terminals are secure

Check and lubricate large chain gear and chain gear

Check the chain between large chain gear and chain gear

Check and lubricate the bearings between drive motor and gearbox

Check the aux pump motor and check for leaks

Clean and lubricate the rolling surface of lift mast column with grease

Check the battery cables for damage and replace if necessary

Check the battery charge connector

Check if the cable connections between battery monomers are secure, apply some grease to electrodes if necessary

Check the gearbox for abnormal noise or leaks

Clean or replace Moly lithium gear every 500 Hours

Sign off on the power supply & drive system check

Check and tighten the controllers and contactors

Check the wheel bearings and fixation

Check the installation and connection of electromagnetic brake

Check the braking distance of electromagnetic brake

Check the lifting and lowering speed

Check the chassis for cracks or damages

Check covering parts for damages
