Replace all seals within the piping (Walform)

Replace all seals of the couplings

Replace all hydraulic connections seals

Replace all hydraulic connections hoses

Replace all hydraulic connections plastic brackets

Replace hydraulic connections fast couplings and screw couplings

Sign off on the maintenance completion

Switch the system on and make the hardware assignments. Verify that no errors are shown on the laptop and on the control panel of the HPU

Use the local control held to open and close the top and the bottom anchor. Verify that the anchors function properly and the icons on the laptop reflect the real position of the anchors

Use the local control handheld to extend and retract the main jack. Verify that the jack moves properly and the icons on the laptop reflects the real position of the jack

Use the local control handheld to extend the main jack100 mm from the bottom. Measure by hand the moved distance and compare with the values on the screen. Verify that the measured value matches with the displayed value

Use the local control handheld to extend the main jack100 mm from the top. Measure by hand the moved distance and compare with the values on the screen. Verify that the measured value matches with the displayed value

Visual check on corrosion and damages of main constructions

Check if the hydraulic connections couplings are tightened well

Check the tightening bolts, nuts and components of gauges, measurement sensors

Check if the cylinders bolts are still tightened

Visual check painting of main construction

Check all bolts of main constructions

Visual check of the hoisting lugs

Inspect the readability of the warning signs

Restore if damaged or even no longer present
