Is there a servicing agreement with Drager Service?

Ensure thorough and regular checking is performed by Drager Service.

Verify necessary adjustments and spare part replacements are conducted.

Inspect the anaesthetic apparatus for any visible damage.

Examine the actual condition of the apparatus.

Perform measures to maintain the specified condition of the apparatus.

Remove dirt using a damp cloth soaked in standard detergent

Allow the anaesthetic apparatus and its components to dry

Set Vapor to zero setting before disinfection

Disinfect using Drager Aseptor following guidelines

Use liquid disinfectant if Drager Aseptor is unavailable

Disinfect ancillary equipment as per operating instructions

Ensure all accessories are available

Assemble parts a-f according to Fig. 15

Open O2 flow control valve 1 until flowrate is 0.1 L/min

Connect screw sleeve f to the common-gas outlet 5

Record the pressure in the system

Did the pressure reach at least 70 mbar?

Was the O2 flow control valve closed before reaching 100 mbar?
