Loosen the bolts of the hydraulic tank top plate assembly

Remove the return filter from tank top plate assembly

Install the tank top plate assembly and fasten the bolts

Start the engine and operate the hydraulic controls, and the steering system, through a few cycles to fill the lines. Look for oil leaks

Stop the engine and check the oil level. With all cylinders retracted, maintain the oil level to the FULL mark on the dip stick/filter cap assembly

Sign off on the replacement procedure

Upload a photo of the hydraulic oil after cleaning

Checking the TMAP Sensor (G424E/G430E Engine Only)

Inspect for Intake Leaks (G424E/G430E Engine Only)

Replace PCV Valve and breather element - Change (LP-Gas, Gasoline and Dual Fuel Engines)

Sign off on the 2500 Hours/15 Monthly Service

Inspect Ignition System (LP-Gas, Gasoline & Dual Fuel Engines Only)

Replace Spark Plugs (LP-Gas, Gasoline & Dual Fuel Engines Only)

Replace LP Fuel Filter Element (LP-Gas, Dual Fuel Engine Only)

Fuel Filter(LP-Gas Engine Only)

Testing Fuel Lock-off Operation (LP-Gas Engine Only)

Sign off on the service completion

Tilt Cylinders - Check, Adjust, Lubricate

Transmission Oil Filter – Change

Drive Axle Oil & Strainer - Change, Clean

Hydraulic Return Filter checked?

Hydraulic Return Filter changed?
