Ensure compressed air is not supplied to the pump before cleaning

Ensure the pump is not pressurized before cleaning

Remove the hose from the suction side of the pump

Close the flow valve on the discharge side and open the drain valve

Start air pressure briefly to discharge remaining fluid inside the pump

Remove the hose from the discharge side

Adjust the flow valve on the discharge side

Is the supply air pressure within the normal operating range?

Is the pressure kept within the normal operating range during valve adjustment?

Is the suction flow speed permissible based on fluid viscosity and specific gravity?

Is there a rapid growth in pump speed?

Ensure there is no leakage of fluid

Check the tightness of every bolt of the pump

Ensure connection parts of the piping and peripheral equipment are not loose

Verify that parts to be replaced at regular intervals have been changed

Pressure Adjustment for 1:2 Transmission

Enter the current air pressure supplying the pump

Enter the required system pressure

Is the required system pressure 12 bar?

Is the air pressure supplying the pump set to 6 bar?

Pressure Adjustment for 1:4 Transmission

Enter the current air pressure supplying the pump

Enter the required system pressure

Is the required system pressure higher than 12 bar?
