Enter the current air pressure supplying the pump

Enter the required system pressure

Select the pressure transmission ratio applied

Is the air pressure supplying the pump sufficient for the required system pressure?

Adjust the air pressure supplying the pump to achieve the required system pressure

Ensure there is no leakage of fluid

Check the tightness of every bolt of the pump

Ensure connection parts of the piping and peripheral equipment are not loose

Ensure parts of the pump that require regular replacement have been changed

Were any irregularities found during inspection?

Describe any irregularities found

Ensure compressed air is not supplied to the pump before cleaning.

Ensure the pump is not pressurized before cleaning.

Initial Hose Removal and Valve Adjustment

Remove the hose from the suction side of the pump.

Close the flow valve on the discharge side and open the drain valve.

Start air pressure briefly to discharge remaining fluid inside the pump.

Adjust the flow valve on the discharge side

Is the supply air pressure within the normal operating range?

Is the pressure kept within the normal operating range during adjustment?

Is the pump speed increasing rapidly?

Adjust the supply air pressure and flow to prevent cavitations
