Ensure compressed air is not supplied to the pump before cleaning.

Ensure the pump is not pressurized before cleaning.

Initial Hose Removal and Valve Adjustment

Remove the hose from the suction side of the pump.

Close the flow valve on the discharge side and open the drain valve.

Start air pressure briefly to discharge remaining fluid inside the pump.

Remove the hose from the discharge side.

Enter the current air pressure supplying the pump

Enter the required system pressure

Select the pressure transmission ratio applied

Is the air pressure sufficient for the required system pressure?

Verify the pressure adjustment is correct

Describe any issues encountered during the adjustment

Adjust the flow valve on the discharge side

Is the supply air pressure within the normal operating range?

Enter the current supply air pressure

Is the supply air pressure within the normal operating range?

Adjust the supply air pressure to prevent cavitations

Adjust the flow to prevent cavitations

Ensure all components are secure and intact

Have all parts that require regular replacement been changed?

Is there any irregularity detected?

Describe any irregularities found

Have corrective measures been taken for all irregularities?
