Compressor Removing
Warning: Be sure to wait for 10 minutes or more after turning off all power supplies before disassembling work.
Refrigerant collected
Remove the outside panels, their parts, and switch box, following the procedure Removing Outside Panels
Fixing plate for the stop valve removed
Sound insulation (1) removed
Terminal cover removed
Lead wire from the terminal (2) removed
Sound insulation pulled out by unwinding the strings (2 locations)
Nuts that fix the compressor removed
Electronic Devices Removing

Procedure to Remove Outside Panels
Outside panels and switch box removed
Remove the pressure sensor
Connector for the pressure sensor (X17A) removed
Pressure sensor removed after cutting off the brazing (1 location)
Remove the pressure switch
Lead wire removed
Pressure switch removed after cutting off the brazing
Four Way Valve Removing
Warning: Be sure to wait for 10 minutes or more after turning off all power supplies before disassembling work.
Refrigerant collected
Remove the outside panels, their parts, and switch box, following the procedure Removing Outside Panels
Four way valve removed after removing the 1 screw
Main unit of the four way valve removed after cutting off the brazings (4 locations)
Points
Confirmed that the refrigerant is completely collected before starting the work
Other pipings protected using a protective sheet for the welding or steel plate so that the flame for the gas welding may not damage them
Main unit cooled down using a wet waste etc. so that the temperature of the main unit may not get higher than 120 °C

- Remove the top panel, the front panel, the side panel, and the piping cover, following the procedure Removing Outside Panels.
- Remove the switch box, following the procedureindicated at "Removing switch box".
1. Remove the PCB for the display (A2P)
-Remove the connectors (X205A) on the PCB for the display. - Since the PCB for the display (A2P) is fixed with 2 hooks, take from them and then remove the PCB for the display.;
