Remove the connector for electronic expansion valve (X7A) from PCB

Check continuity between White and Yellow

Measure resistance value between White and Orange

Measure resistance value between White and Red

Measure resistance value between Yellow and Blue

Measure resistance value between Yellow and Brown

Sign off on the Electronic Expansion Valve Coil Check

Check for High Pressure in cooling

Check for High Pressure in heating

Check for broken wire of the relay wire

Procedure for checking outdoor-outdoor unit transmission wiring for broken wires

Turn OFF the power supply to all equipment

Short circuit between the outdoor-outdoor unit terminal F1 and F2 in the 'Outdoor Unit A'

Conduct continuity checks between the transmission wiring terminal blocks F1 and F2 of the central remote controller using a multimeter

Normal vacuuming and dehydration

Vacuum pump that enables vacuuming down to –100.7 kPa (–14.6 psi) is used

Degree of vacuum reached –100.7 kPa (–14.6 psi) or less

Leak tests conducted if vacuum does not reach –100.7 kPa (–14.6 psi) or less after 3 hours

Compressor left at the degree of vacuum of –100.7 kPa (–14.6 psi) or less for a period of 1 hour or more

Vacuum gauge reading does not rise after 1 hour

Necessary amount of refrigerant charged

Special vacuuming and dehydration - In case of moisture may get mixed in the piping

Warning: Ensure power is OFF before starting the procedure

All wiring removed from the PCB

Power supply turned OFF and 10 minutes or more have passed

Measurement mode for analog multimeter

Measurement mode for digital multimeter is diode check mode

Sign off on the power transistor check

Enter the compressor capacity control

Low pressure protection control functional?

Hot gas bypass control functional?

Enter the superheated degree control of indoor unit electronic expansion valve

Enter the superheated degree control of outdoor unit heat exchanger
