Note: The unit may require more frequent maintenance and replacement in certain conditions such as high heat and humidity, frequent power fluctuations, frequent bumps and vibrations, presence of dust, salt, harmful gas or oil mist in the air, frequent start and stop of the machine, or long operation time.
Check if the unit is used in any of the above mentioned conditions.

Check the Crankcase Heater for any signs of wear or damage.
If any wear or damage is found, replace the Crankcase Heater.
Sign off on the Crankcase Heater replacement.
