Check steam distribution system for deposits

Describe the type and amount of deposits found

Determine the total number of Colony Forming Units (CFUs) in the humidifier water

If number of CFUs > 1000 CFU/ml: Clean, rinse and dry the tray, disinfect, test quality of supply water

Check functionality of the control valve

Describe the malfunction of the control valve

Describe the malfunction of the humidity limiter

Sign off on the humidifier maintenance

Ensure a positive seal between the rotor face and frame structure

Check if the seals are intact and contact the casing and rotor media

Check if there is excessive wear

Ensure there is no significant leakage between the casing and interconnecting duct work

Check for misalignment of the drive belt on the pulley or periphery of the rotor

Check the belt joint. Replace it, if necessary

Control box & wiring checked for any damage

Was there any need for repair or replacement of control box & wiring?

Calibration reading of Protection breaker

Internal lighting checked for any damage

Was there any need for replacement of internal lighting?

Sign off on the electrical control system maintenance

Check the fan motor for any damage, cracks or detergants. If there is a dust then clean it

Check Belt drive tension of the fan and in case of it re-tighten it

Check V-Belt condition of the fan and in case of the damage replace it

Sign off on the fan maintenance

Choose the action taken for fan bearing

Enter the motor temperature of the fan

Choose the action taken for Bolt & nut

Check the obstruction of the intake air

Choose the action taken for intake air
