Four Way Valve / Electronic Expansion Valve Removal

Warning: Be sure to wait 10 minutes or more after turning off all power supplies before disassembling work.

Remove the sound blanket.

Detach the four way valve coil and the 2 clamps, and then detach the wire harnesses.

Remove the screw and remove the four way valve coil.

Pull out the electronic expansion valve coil.

Remove the putty.

Remove the terminal cover.

Before working, make sure that the refrigerant gas is empty in the circuit.

Be sure to apply nitrogen replacement when heating up the brazed part.

Sound Blanket Removal

1. Remove the partition plate.

When reassembling, fit the lower hook into the bottom frame.

1 Remove the 2 screws.

Check mark

2 The partition plate has hooks on the lower side. Lift and pull the partition plate to remove.

Remove the screw to remove the reactor.

2. Remove of the sound blanket.

Since the piping ports are torn easily, remove the open blanket carefully.

1 Untie the string, the sound blanket (outer) and pull it out.

Warning: Disconnect the connectors of the thermistors from the PCB before proceeding

Measure the resistance of each thermistor
