Is the indoor unit turned off and unplugged?

Describe the condition of the indoor unit before cleaning

Was the grille or panel cleaned with a soft cloth soaked in lukewarm water (below 40°C/104°F) and a neutral detergent solution?

Was gasoline, volatile substances or chemicals avoided during cleaning?

Describe the condition of the indoor unit after cleaning

Is the filter removed from the unit?

Is the dust removed from the filter using a vacuum cleaner or lukewarm water (below 40°C/104°F) with a neutral cleaning detergent?

Is the filter rinsed well and dried before placing it back onto the unit?

Was gasoline, volatile substances or chemicals used to clean the filter?

If yes, report the issue to the maintenance team and stop the procedure
