6 Monthly Titanium Apatite Deodorizing Filter Cleaning

CAUTION: Before cleaning, be sure to stop the operation and turn off the circuit breaker

CAUTION: Avoid direct contact of any coil treatment cleaners on plastic part. This may cause plastic part to deform as a result of chemical reaction

Did you avoid direct contact of any coil treatment cleaners on plastic part?

Take off the titanium apatite deodorizing filter

Did you open the front panel and pull out the air filter?

Did you remove titanium apatite deodorizing filter from the back of air filter?

Front Panel Cleaning

CAUTION: Before cleaning, be sure to stop the operation and turn off the circuit breaker

2 Weekly Air Filter Cleaning

CAUTION: Before cleaning, be sure to stop the operation and turn off the circuit breaker. Do not touch the aluminum fins of the indoor unit. If you touch those parts, this may cause an injury. Avoid direct contact of any coil treatment cleaners on plastic part. This may cause plastic part to deform as a result of chemical reaction.

Turn off the circuit breaker

Open the front panel

Pull out the air filters

Clean the air filters with water or vacuum cleaner

Set the filters back and close the front panel

If the dust does not come off easily, wash the air filters with neutral detergent thinned with lukewarm water, then dry them up in the shade. Be sure to remove the titanium apatite deodorizing filter.

Remove the titanium apatite deodorizing filter

Wash the air filters with neutral detergent and lukewarm water
