Test drive in an uncongested area

Adjust the operator seat and steering wheel to comfortable positions

Try all the hydraulic functions

Check that the steering is easy and smooth

Check braking distance in forward and reverse

Drive the truck slowly in both directions

Drive through the full speed range in both forward and reverse

Know the distance it takes to stop before you start working

Warning: This procedure requires trained and authorized personnel with PPE!

Parking brake set and wheels chocked if on an incline?

Cylinder fuel supply valve closed (turned clockwise) while engine is running?

Ignition switch turned OFF and fuel hose disconnected from the cylinder after engine stops running?

Release lever on the side of the swing-down tank mount pushed down?

Tank firmly grasped and carefully lowered to the down position?

Tank strap released and cylinder removed?

Caution: Do not operate the truck with tank in lowered position

Correct size and type cylinder placed onto tank mount with locating pin fitting through hole in cylinder collar?

Fuel valve and other parts damage check

Propane cylinder installation and security check

Wheels and tires condition check
