Is the tilting braising pan cool and ready for cleaning?

Upload a photo of the pan, pouring spout, lid and exterior surfaces before cleaning

Have you washed the pan, pouring spout, lid and exterior surfaces with detergent and warm water?

Have you soaked the pan to remove food that is stuck to pan surface?

Have you rinsed and wiped dry with a soft clean cloth?

Have you cleaned the removable strainer and receiving pan support with detergent and warm water?

Have you cleaned around burner air mixers and orifices (at rear of burner) if lint has accumulated?

Have you visually ensured tube lighter ports are unobstructed?

All tilting braising pans are adjusted at the factory.

At least twice a year, have an authorized service person clean and adjust the tilting braising pan for maximum performance.
