Attempt to correct leak by flushing valve body

Did the body bleed still indicate valve leakage after flushing?

Check relief valve if DTR system is present

Did the leak stop after closing the line isolation valve?

Slips Inspection and Replacement

Place Twin Seal valve in open position and check body bleed valve for zero line pressure

Remove lower plate and inspect or replace slips

Lubrication of Valve Operator Housing

Ensure valve is in the open position before lubrication

Inject lubricant into the grease fitting

Select the type of lubricant used

ABBV Cover and Guide Pin Lubrication

Is ABBV cover and guide pin applicable?

Temporarily remove ABBV cover and guide pin

Liberally apply grease to the area
