Lubricate Valve Operator Housing

Ensure valve is in the open position before lubrication

Inject lubricant into the valve operator housing

Select the type of lubricant used

ABBV Cover and Guide Pin Lubrication

Is the ABBV cover and guide pin applicable for this valve?

Temporarily remove ABBV cover and guide pin, if applicable

Liberally apply grease to the ABBV cover and guide pin area, if applicable

Choose the corrective action for a leak that cannot be stopped with ordinary force

Operate valve through open-close cycle while fluid is flowing

Close the Twin Seal valve and check body bleed again

Does body bleed still indicate valve leakage?

Temporarily close the line isolation valve

Did the leak stop after closing the line isolation valve?
