Detergent Dispenser Tray Cleaning
Warning: Always keep the tray completely closed.
Open the detergent dispenser tray fully. Press down on the drawer catch (1) and pull the tray (2) from the washer housing.
Remove the insert (3) by grasping it and pulling it upwards from the detergent dispenser tray.
Clean the insert and the detergent dispenser tray by holding it under warm running water. Lightly wipe away any remaining detergent residue.
Attach the insert and slide the detergent dispenser tray back into place and close the tray securely.

Drain Pump Cleaning
WARNING! RISK OF SCALDING! Risk of hot water injury to skin! Allow the water to cool down prior to actuating the emergency door lock release. You are responsible for ensuring all safety precautions are followed when draining water from washer and/or manually opening the washer door.
Is the washer failing to drain?
If the washer is not draining, it may be necessary to clean the washer drain pump.
Is the drum checked and any visible debris removed after each load?
To access the washer drain pump, the service cover must first be removed.
Is the washer drained?
If the washer has not been drained, try to drain it now. Turn the program selector to the Spin/Drain, select Spin Speed to No Spin and press the Start/Pause button. Wait a few moments to let the cycle drain the water from the drum.
Is the tap shut off and the appliance switched off?
Is the service cover opened and removed?
