General Warning: Preventive maintenance should only be performed by authorized personnel to avoid potential hazards, including misplacement of internal wires and components. Always have your tool serviced at a Bosch Factory Service Center or an Authorized Bosch Service Station.

Tool Lubrication: Your tool has been properly lubricated during manufacture. For maintenance: Use a special gear lubricant at every brush change to regrease the gears.

Bearings: Replace bearings every second brush change at a Bosch Factory Service Center or an Authorized Bosch Service Station. Replace noisy bearings immediately to avoid overheating or motor failure.

Cleaning Instructions: Safety First: Always disconnect the tool from the power supply before cleaning or performing any maintenance. Wear safety goggles when using compressed air for cleaning.

Use compressed dry air to clean the tool.

Keep ventilation openings and switch levers clean and free of foreign matter.

Avoid inserting pointed objects into openings.

Caution: Do not use cleaning agents or solvents that damage plastic parts. Avoid: Gasoline, Carbon tetrachloride, Chlorinated cleaning solvents, Ammonia or ammonia-based detergents.
