Service Reminder Light: Is the service reminder light on or blinking?
If the service reminder light is on or blinking, it indicates that the cut-out carbon brushes will switch off the tool after approximately 8 hours of operation. Once the tool stops, send it to a service center for inspection and service.
Tool Lubrication: Your tool has been properly lubricated during manufacture. For maintenance: Use a special gear lubricant at every brush change to regrease the gears.
Bearings: Are the bearings noisy?
If the bearings are noisy, replace them immediately to avoid overheating or motor failure. Replace bearings every second brush change at a Bosch Factory Service Center or an Authorized Bosch Service Station.
Cleaning Instructions: Safety First: Always disconnect the tool from the power supply before cleaning or performing any maintenance. Wear safety goggles when using compressed air for cleaning.
