Warning: Always replace both carbon brushes, not just one.

Inspect the length of the carbon brushes

If the carbon brushes are worn, replace them.

Select the type of carbon brushes used

If non-Bosch carbon brushes are used, replace them with Bosch ones.

Unscrew the caps using a suitable screwdriver

Replace the spring-loaded carbon brushes

Screw the caps back on securely

Warning: Always remove the battery before performing maintenance

Keep the tool clean for safe and efficient operation

Tool and ventilation slots cleaned?

If the battery is not functional, contact an authorized Bosch service center
