Check for damage and leaks Hydraulic Hoses and Tubelines

Repair or replace as needed for Hydraulic Hoses and Tubelines

Check fluid levels for Final Drive Transmissions (Chaincases)

Add as needed for Final Drive Transmissions (Chaincases)

Check for correct operation Parking Brake

Repair or adjust as needed for Parking Brake

Check for correct operation Foot Pedals

Repair or adjust as needed for Foot Pedals

Check for correct operation Hand Controls and Steering Levers, or Joysticks

NOTE: The following steps are done before starting the loader.

Check level of Engine Oil and add as needed

Check for loose connections and damaged components of Engine Air Intake Ducting

Clean Engine Cooling System. Clean debris from radiator cooling package, air conditioning condenser (if equipped), rear grilles, and engine compartment

Check coolant level COLD and add premixed coolant as needed

Sign off on the 10 hours engine maintenance

- Replace the hydraulic main and charge filters

- Replace the Hydraulic fluid and Hydraulic reservoir vent filter

- Replace the fluid of Final Drive Transmissions (Chaincases)

- Clean the heater coil and air conditioning evaporator. Clean the plenum drain

- Replace fuel pre-filter element and fuel tank vent filter of Fuel System

- Replace engine oil and filter element every 750 Hours or every 12 months

- Replace the Coolant every 1500 Hours or every 24 months;

Lubricate with multipurpose lithium based grease

Check the condition of seat belt

Clean or replace seat belt retractors as needed

Check the seat bar and control interlocks for correct operation

Clean dirt and debris from moving parts

Check for correct function of Bobcat Interlock Control System (BICS)

Lift and Tilt functions MUST NOT operate with seat bar raised

Check for damaged tires and correct air pressure. Inflate to MAXIMUM pressure shown on the sidewall of the tire

Perform every 10 hours or daily for the first 30 hours, then as schedule
