1 Monthly Electronic Condensate Cleaning
Warning: Always ensure the machine is turned off and unplugged before starting the cleaning process.
Is the electronic condensate drain functioning properly?
You can check the functioning of the drains by pushing the TEST button of the drain.
Did the drain pass the TEST button check?
Cleaning of the drain filter can be done by opening the manual drain valve for a few seconds.
Was the drain filter cleaned successfully?
NOTE! Brush or blow off the finned surface of condenser every 1 Month.
Was the finned surface of the condenser cleaned?
Sign off on the monthly electronic condensate cleaning
3 Monthly Rotary Screw Air Compressor Maintenance
Check coolers, clean if necessary
Remove the air filter element and inspect
If necessary, clean using an air jet
Replace damaged or heavily contaminated elements
Visually inspect the filter pads of the converter cabinet
Clean with an air jet or replace if necessary
On compressors with integrated dryer: check condenser of dryer and clean if necessary
4000 Hourly / 1 Yearly Oil and Oil Filter Change
NOTE! If Atlas Copco Roto-Inject Fluid is used, change oil and oil filter
WARNING! The operator must apply all relevant Safety precautions
Always drain the compressor oil at all drain points
Used oil left in the compressor can contaminate the oil system and can shorten the lifetime of the new oil
Never mix lubricants of different brands or types as they may not be compatible and the oil mix will have inferior properties
A label, indicating the type of oil filled ex-factory, is stuck on the air receiver/oil tank
Run the compressor until warm, close the air outlet valve and let the compressor run for 3 minutes at minimum speed
Stop the compressor, press the emergency stop button, open manual drain valve(s) (Dm, Dm1) and wait until the compressor has depressurized
Unscrew oil filler plug (FC) only one turn to permit any pressure in the system to escape
4000 Hourly Air Filter Element Replacement
Compressor stopped
Voltage switched off
Cover of air filter removed
Filter element removed
New element and cover fitted
Air filter service warning reset (if applicable)
Service warning reset after all service actions
