Replace bleed off valve unloader

Replace filter element from regulating valve

Clean flow restrictor in oil scavenge line

WARNING! Before removing oil filler plug, ensure that the pressure is released by opening an air outlet valve

Is the unit standing level with engine stopped?

Does the pointer of the oil level gauge (OLG) register in the upper extremity of the green range?

Is it necessary to add oil via the oil fill plug (FP)?

Sign off on the daily compressor oil level check

WARNING! Never remove the cooling system filler cap while coolant is hot. The system may be under pressure. Remove the cap slowly and only when coolant is at ambient temperature. A sudden release of pressure from a heated cooling system can result in personal injury from the splash of hot coolant

NOTE! In order to guarantee the lifetime and quality of the product, thus optimising engine protection, regular coolant-condition-analysis is recommended. The quality of the product can be determined by three parameters

Visual check - Verify the appearance of the coolant with regard to its colour and make sure that no loose particles are floating around

pH measurement - Check the pH value of the coolant using a pH-measuring device

Enter the part number of the pH-meter

If the pH-level is below 7 or above 9.5, should the coolant be replaced?

WARNING! Never mix oils of different brands or types

Check engine oil level according to the instructions in the Engine Operation Manual

Did you top up with oil if necessary?
