1 Yearly / 1000 Hourly Oil Filter and Oil Separator Replacement
ATTENTION: Never mix oil of different brands or types.
Run the compressor until warm. Stop the compressor, close the air outlet valve, switch off the voltage and depressurize by unscrewing filler plug one turn to permit any pressure in the system to escape. Depressurize the air receiver by opening drain valve.
Drain the oil by opening drain valve. Close the valve after draining. Deliver the oil to the local oil collection service.
Remove oil filter and separator. Clean the seats on the manifold. Oil the gaskets of the new filter and separator and screw them into place. Tighten firmly by hand.
Fill oil separator/tank with oil until the level reaches the middle of sight-glass. Take care that no dirt drops into the system. Fit and tighten plug. Close drain valve of the air receiver.
Run the compressor for a few minutes. Stop the compressor and wait a few minutes to allow the oil to settle. Depressurize the system by unscrewing filler plug one turn to permit any pressure in the system to escape. Depressurize the air receiver by opening drain valve.
Fill the separator/ tank with oil until the sight-glass is 3/4 full. Tighten plug and close drain valve of the air receiver.
