4000 Hourly / 1 Yearly Roto-Foodgrade Fluid Replacement
Atlas Copco's Roto-Foodgrade Fluid is a unique high quality synthetic lubricant, specially created for oil- injected screw compressors that provide air for the food industry.
This lubricant keeps the compressor in excellent condition. Roto-Foodgrade Fluid can be used for compressors operating at ambient temperatures between 0 ̊C (32 ̊F) and 40 ̊C (104 ̊F)
If the compressor is regularly operating in ambient temperatures above 35 °C (95 °F), oil lifetime is reduced

Select the element outlet temperature range
Based on the selected temperature ranges, follow the appropriate exchange interval
Ambient temperature - up to 25 °C -- Element outlet temperature - up to 90 °C: Exchange interval is 4000 Hours / 1 Year
Ambient temperature - from 25 °C up to 35 °C -- Element outlet temperature - from 90 °C up to 100 °C: Exchange interval is 3000 Hours / 1 Year
Ambient temperature - more than 35 °C -- Element outlet temperature - more than 100 °C: Exchange interval is 2000 Hours / 1 Year

Check condition of the air intake hose between air filter and compressor element

8000 Hourly / 2 Yearly Safety Valves Testing
NOTE! The safety valve (SV) test can only be performed by authorized personnel and is protected by a security code
WARNING! No adjustments are allowed. Never run the compressor without safety valve

4000 Hourly / 1 Yearly Cooler Cleaning
Stop the compressor, close the air outlet valve and switch off the voltage
Cover all parts under the coolers
Remove the service plate at the fan compartment
Remove dirt from the coolers with a fibre brush. Brush in the direction of the cooling fins
Remove dirt from the fan with a fibre brush
Clean with an air jet in the reverse direction to normal flow
If it is necessary to wash the coolers with a cleaning agent, consult Atlas Copco
Mount the service plate (1) at the fan compartment
CAUTION! After maintenance on the fan and on the coolers: Remove the loose parts that are used as cover

Warning: This procedure requires trained personnel with PPE!
