8000 Hourly / 2 Yearly Oil-Injected Rotary Screw Compressor Maintenance
All the actions for 4000 hrs
Replace the filter elements of the electric cabinet
Replace the non return valve of the scavenge line and blow out the restriction nozzle
Replace the minimum pressure valve, and replace the thermostatic valve. Remove carefully
Replace the electronic drain valve
Carry out a LED/display test
Check for possible air and oil leakages
Sign off on the compressor maintenance
4000 Hourly / 1 Yearly Oil-Injected Rotary Screw Compressor Check
Check condition of the air intake hose between air filter and compressor element
Pressure reading
Temperature reading
Check operation of cooling fans of converter
Check blow-off solenoid valve after stopping and pressing the emergency stop button
Sign off on the compressor check
3 Monthly Oil-Injected Rotary Screw Compressor Check
Check coolers, clean if necessary
Remove the air filter element and inspect. Replace damaged or heavily contaminated elements
Check the filter elements of the electric cabinet. Replace if necessary
4000 Hourly / 1 Yearly Oil, Oil Filter and Oil Separator Change
WARNING! The operator must apply all relevant Safety precautions
Always drain the compressor oil at all drain points. Used oil left in the compressor can contaminate the oil system and can shorten the lifetime of the new oil
Never mix lubricants of different brands or types as they may not be compatible and the oil mix will have inferior properties. A label, indicating the type of oil filled ex-factory, is stuck on the air receiver/oil tank
Run the compressor until warm and stop the compressor
Close the air outlet valve and switch off the voltage
Wait 3 minutes for the compressor to depressurise the vessel
Open the condensate drain valve to depressurise the cooler. (see condensate system) and close again
Unscrew the oil filler plug (FC) just one turn to permit any remaining pressure in the system to escape
Cover the duct of the heat sink on the electric cabinet
1 Monthly Condenser Cleaning
Compressor stopped and air outlet valve closed
Voltage switched off
Upload a photo of the condenser inlet before cleaning
Dirt removed from the condenser inlet with a vacuum cleaner
Condenser cleaned with an air jet in the reverse direction to normal flow using low pressure air
Distance of the compressed air nozzle from the condenser (should be more than 30 cm)
Condenser fins undamaged
Upload a photo of the inside of the dryer before dust removal
Dust removed from inside the dryer with a vacuum cleaner
