Oil-Injected Rotary Screw Compressor Belt Tension Check
Warning: Ensure the compressor is stopped and the voltage is switched off before proceeding
Air outlet valve closed
Voltage switched off
Front panel removed
Right panel removed
Enter the force F needed to create a deflection of 5 mm (0.2 in)
Does the force F correspond to the data in the table?
Bodywork panels refitted
Sign off on the belt tension check
6000 Hourly Filter Replacement
Enter the current operating hours
Enter the current pressure reading
Did the pressure reach 2 bar(e) (29 psig) or operating hours reach 6000?
If the pressure did not reach 2 bar(e) (29 psig) and operating hours did not reach 6000, stop the procedure
Unscrew the filter
Fill the new filter with water
Lightly oil the new filter's gasket
Screw on the new filter and tighten by hand
Sign off on the filter replacement
1 Yearly Safety Valve Testing
WARNING! No adjustments are allowed. Never run the compressor without safety valve. Before removing the valve, depressurise the compressor.
Valve (SV) opens at the set pressure
Valve (SV1) opens at the set pressure
Temperature shut-down function test
Sign off on the safety valve testing
1 Monthly Oil-Injected Rotary Screw Compressor Inspection
Inspect condenser of dryer and clean if necessary
Press the test button on top of the electronic water drain (EWD)
Open the manual drain valve(s) (Dm, Dm1) to clean the filter inside the EWD
Sign off on the monthly inspection
4000 Hourly / 1 Yearly Air Filter Replacement
Warning: Never remove the element while the compressor is running
For minimum downtime, replace the dirty element by a new one
Discard the element when damaged
Compressor stopped and voltage switched off?
Cover of air filter (AF) removed by turning it anti-clockwise?
Filter element removed and cover cleaned if necessary?
New element and cover fitted?
Air filter service warning reset?
Sign off on the air filter replacement
