Place parts in dishwasher or sink with detergent and hot water
Use grill screen or Scotch Brite pad to remove stubborn baked-on oil
Avoid using steel wool
Rinse parts thoroughly and dry
Oil chains after washing with toaster oil
Grill Plate Maintenance
Conveyor Pressure Adjustment
Preparation
Ensure grill plate is cool before starting adjustments
Verify speed and temperature adjustments have been made
Bracket Adjustment
Loosen left and right conveyor hanging brackets (Item 6A/B)
Move brackets equally toward the grill plate in 1/8" (.32 cm) increments
Re-tighten screws on both brackets
Gear Engagement Adjustment
Adjust gear engagement as needed with hanger plate bolts and lock nuts
