Clean the inside of the filter case

Inspect the ceramic paper filter (S)

Is the ceramic paper filter (S) stiff with flux?

Replace the ceramic paper filter (S) if stiff with flux

Insert the small ceramic paper filter into the filter retainer at the station

Measure resistance between pins 1 and 3 (heating element)

Measure resistance between pins 2 and 4 (sensor)

Are the resistance values within the normal range?

Remove the nut, element cover, and nozzle

Turn the back holder knob counterclockwise and pull out the filter pipe

Remove the pump head from each side of the pump

Remove the valve plate and fixing plate

Ensure the power switch is off and the power plug is disconnected before starting maintenance.

Plug in the power cord and turn the power switch 'ON' to heat the nozzle.

Clean the nozzle hole with the nozzle cleaning pin.

Did the cleaning pin pass through the nozzle?

If the cleaning pin did not pass, use the cleaning drill (optional).

Check the condition of the nozzle

Turn the back holder knob counterclockwise

Filter Inspection and Replacement

Is there solder in two-thirds of the spring filter?

Replace the spring filter if necessary

Is the ceramic paper filter stiff with flux and solder?

Replace the ceramic paper filter if necessary
