Hose down the Pre-Absorber & Media Bed(s) until water runs clear

Shut off condensate flow to the Inlet Diffuser Assembly

Remove the Access Lid

Use polypropylene pad to remove oil from surface water in Media Chamber(s)

1 Yearly Diffuser and Separation Filter Maintenance

Shut off condensate flow to Inlet Diffuser Assembly

Check mark

Diffuser and Sediment Chamber Removal

Check mark

Unscrew the four Socket Head Cap Screws that hold the Diffuser to the Vessel

Check mark

Lift up the Diffuser and move it out of the way

Check mark

Remove the Sediment Chamber by grasping its edges and lifting slowly

Check mark

Sediment Chamber Cleaning and Filter Replacement

Check mark

Tip the Sediment Chamber to pour contents through the Separation Filter back into the vessel

Check mark

Remove and discard the Separation Filter from the Sediment Chamber

2 Weekly Oil/Water Separator Maintenance

Check mark

Collect a sample from the Sample Valve above the Oil Container using the empty Sample Jar

Check mark

Compare the turbidity of the Sample Jar and the Reference Jar by holding them to a light

Check mark

Ensure spare Pre-Absorber and Media Bed(s) are in stock

Check mark

Change the Pre-Absorber and Media Bed(s) if the Condensate Sample appears cloudy

Check mark

Pour the Condensate Sample back into the Pre-Absorber Chamber

Check mark

Wash and dry the Sample Jar before returning it to the Placement Well

Check mark

Sample Valve Information

Check mark

The Sample Valve extracts the condensate sample 2/3rds of the way through the Media Bed, providing time and security for replacing the Media Bed(s) before PPM violations occur.

Is the bright red Flow Indicator retracted inside the Access Lid?

Check mark

Refer to Troubleshooting Section if the Flow Indicator is not retracted
