1 Daily Engine Oil Level Check
Park the vehicle on a flat level surface before starting the procedure.
Check the exterior of the engine for any leaks.
If any leaks are found, describe them.
Remove the dipstick from the engine and check the engine oil level.
Use the engine manual supplied with the truck for determining the correct oil level and the type of oil to be used.
Sign off on the engine oil level check.
1 Daily Engine Coolant Level Check
Warning: Check the engine coolant level when the engine is cold.
Is the coolant level between the upper and lower level marks on the recovery tank?
Is there coolant in the recovery tank?
If there is no coolant in the recovery tank, proceed to the next step.
Is the coolant level in the radiator sufficient?
Are there any leaks in the cooling system?
Sign off on the daily engine coolant level check
6 Monthly / 250 Hourly Turntable Gearbox Housing Oil Replacement
Warning: Only trained personnel should perform this procedure.
Enter the current hour meter reading of the turntable gearbox
Is the fluid level visible in the sight gauge?
Select the type of oil used
If 'Other' oil type is selected, specify the type of oil used
Is the fluid chemically stable, incorporating rust and oxidation inhibitors?
Sign off on the oil replacement procedure
