Ensure no dirt accumulation on condenser parts

Clean condenser coils with a brush

Use vacuum cleaner attachment for cleaning

Utilize other suitable means for cleaning if necessary

Verify fan motors have factory lubricated and sealed ball bearings

Close the main disconnect switch to energize the crankcase heaters

Ensure crankcase heaters are energized for at least 8 hours before starting the compressor

Is the system switch on the room thermostat set to OFF?

Is the bottom of the compressor warm to the touch?

Complete the following checklist before starting the unit

Supply power to the unit through the disconnect switch at least 8 hours prior to starting the compressor
