WARNING: Installation by Expert Only

Ensure the power supply is turned OFF and the power source is disconnected

Remove the display to access the fuse holder

Locate and remove the blown fuse from the fuse holder

Retrieve the spare fuse from the cover of the converter

Install the specified spare fuse into the fuse holder

Reattach the display ensuring the connector of the display board is secure

Was the fuse replacement successful?

Confirmation of Sealing Condition

Confirm the sealing conditions of the following

Are drain plugs or waterproof glands provided for conduit piping?

Inspect the sealing condition of the terminal box and wiring ports

Inspect the inside of the terminal box

Is there any suspicion of water penetration into the flowmeter?

If water penetration is suspected, describe the circumstances and when it happened

Maintenance Servicing with Power On

Is the power turned off during maintenance servicing?

Use a gas detector to check for explosive gas presence

Limit maintenance servicing to the following if explosive gas presence cannot be checked

Inspect flameproof apparatus for damage or corrosion

Inspect metal conduits and cables for mechanical and structural defects

Perform adjustments without opening the equipment cover

Ensure the equipment is in test mode

Is the OUTPUT FUNCTION set to 'BI DIRECTION' or 'AUTO 2 RANGES'?

Test Output Settings Using Data Setting Keys

Set the current output value for flow rate, pulse, and totalization display

Verify the current output settings are correct

Verify the status output settings are correct

Test Output Settings Via the BT200
