Flowmeter Care for Long-term Non-use

Confirm sealing conditions of the terminal box screw and wiring ports.

Ensure proper sealing for conduit piping

Inspect sealing condition of the terminal box.

Check inside of the terminal box for water penetration.

Was there any suspicion of water penetration into the flowmeter?

If water penetration is suspected, describe the circumstances and when it happened.

Settings for Test Output Using Data Setting Keys

Ensure the following outputs are set for test

Have the functions been returned to their original status during flow rate measurements?

Ensure the following outputs are set for test

Have the functions been returned to their original status during flow rate measurements?

Ensure test outputs take priority over the flow signal.

Return to normal operation mode after the loop test.

Maintenance Servicing with Power On

Is the power turned off during maintenance servicing?

Use a gas detector to check for explosive gas presence if servicing with power on.

Limit maintenance servicing to the following if explosive gas presence cannot be checked

Inspect flameproof apparatus for damage or corrosion.

Inspect metal conduits and cables for mechanical and structural defects.

Perform zero and span adjustments without opening the equipment cover.

Ensure the power supply is turned OFF and the power source is disconnected

Remove the display to access the fuse holder

Locate the spare fuse taped to the cover of the converter

Replace the fuse with the specified type from the Sales & Service Office

Confirm the connector of the display board is not loosened after replacement

Is the display board securely connected?

Is the power supply turned back ON?
