Ensure no contact with Inverter terminals

Verify protective cover is in place when power is supplied

Confirm power is OFF and CHARGE indicator light is out before maintenance

Avoid changing wiring or removing connectors during operation

Removing the Control Circuit Terminal Card

Remove the Digital Operator and front cover

Remove the connecting line connectors connected to FE and NC on the control circuit terminal card

Loosen the mounting screws on the left and right sides of the control terminals until they are free

Pull the terminal card out sideways with the screws sticking out from the card

Align the terminal circuit card and the controller at connector CN5

Ensure the protective cover is in place when power is supplied to the Inverter.

Verify that the CHARGE indicator light is off before performing maintenance or inspections.

Confirm that maintenance, inspection, and replacement of parts are performed only by authorized personnel.

Check that the motor is not vibrating or making unusual noises.

Ensure there is no abnormal heat generation.

Verify that the ambient temperature is not too high.

Record the output current value shown on the monitor displays.

Ensure no contact with Inverter terminals

Wait for CHARGE indicator light to go out before maintenance

Ensure maintenance is performed by authorized personnel

Ensure protective cover is in place when power is supplied to the Inverter.

Turn OFF power to the Inverter through the MCCB before attaching the cover.

Wait until the CHARGE indicator light goes out after turning OFF the main circuit power supply.

Ensure maintenance is performed by authorized personnel only.
