Measure stall and hydraulic pressure in torque converter and transmission

Clean clogging of relief valve filter

Clean hydraulic oil tank and oil strainer

Sign off on the 1000 Hour / 6 Month Maintenance

- Replace torque converter oil filter

- Replace hydraulic oil return filter

Measure play and reserve in the brake pedal

Inspect the braking effect of the brake pedal

Inspect the operating force of the parking brake

Inspect the braking effect of the parking brake

Inspect for looseness or damage in the parking brake rod and cable

Inspect for leaks, damage, and mounting condition of the brake pipe

Inspect for leaks and fluid level in the reservoir tank

Measure clearance between drum and lining

Sign off on the braking system maintenance

Measure tire inflation pressure of the wheels

Inspect for tire cuts, damage, and uneven wearing

Tighten for loose rim and hub nuts

Inspect for metal chips, pebbles, or foreign matter trapped in tire grooves

Inspect rim, side bearing, and disc wheel for damage

Inspect for abnormal sound and looseness in the front wheel bearing

Inspect for abnormal sound and looseness in the rear wheel bearing

Sign off on the drive system maintenance
