- Inspect loosening and damage of cylinder mounting

- Inspect deformation and damage of rod, rod screw and rod end

- Measure natural drop and natural forward tilt

- Inspect for oil leaks and damage in the cylinder

- Inspect for wear and damage of the pin and cylinder bearing

- Inspect for oil leaks and abnormal sound from the oil pump

Inspect linkage wear and mounting condition of the rods, links and arm

Inspect damage of power steering hose

Inspect cracks and deformation in knuckle

Measure wheel alignment in steering shaft

Measure steering shaft left turning angle

Measure steering shaft right turning angle

Sign off on the steering system inspection

- Inspect function, wear, damage, leak and mounting looseness in Master cylinder and wheel cylinder

- Inspect Wear of shoe sliding portion and lining

- Inspect Shoe operating condition

- Measure Return spring fatigue

- Inspect Automatic adjuster function

- Inspect Backing plate for deformation, cracks and damage

- Retighten Backing plate loose mounting;

Measure Valve clearance (IDZ-II·2Z)

Retighten cylinder head bolt loosening

Measure injection nozzle injection pressure and spray status

Sign off on the engine system maintenance

Inspect for cracks on the distributor cap

Inspect for spark plug burning and measure the gap

Inspect for burning on the distributor side terminal

Inspect for wear and damage on the distributor cap center piece

Inspect pinion gear meshing status

Inspect wiring harness for damage
