Replace the following components

Gear Inspection and Replacement

Inspect the gear for wear and damage

Describe any issues encountered during maintenance

Is the V-belt tension adjusted correctly?

Filter Replacement in the Silencer

Remove the old filter from the silencer

Install the new filter in the silencer

Is the filter properly secured?

Ensure all safety equipment is in place

Verify that the discharge valve is closed

Record the current air flow rate

Record the current speed of rotation

Adjust the speed of rotation to achieve desired air flow rate

Is the air flow rate within the desired range after adjustment?

Clean the filter of Suction Silencer

Is gear oil replacement needed?

Check current bearing grease level

Is bearing grease replacement needed?

Check for abnormal noise levels

Check belt tension and alignment
