Lubricate the Sullicon Control linkage

Replace the fluid filter element and gasket

Drain the sump and change the compressor fluid

Sign off on the compressor maintenance

Check the fluid level in the sump. Should the level be low, simply add the necessary amount

Observe the gauges and indicators to be sure they monitor the correct readings for that particular phase of operation

Check on the overall compressor and gauges to assure that the compressor is running properly after it has warmed up

Sign off on the daily compressor maintenance

Clean exterior of air filter housing

Remove the air filter cover by loosening the wingnut securing the cover

Remove element and clean interior of housing using a damp cloth. DO NOT blow dirt out with compressed air

At this time clean or replace the element

Reset the filter maintenance indicator

The air filter element is cleanable by using compressed air. The maximum amount of times that an element should be cleaned is six (6 ) however, the element should be used no longer than a period of one (1) year without changing

Order separator element numbers 250034-116 (primary) and 250034-118 (secondary)

All pressure relieved from the sump tank and all compressor lines?

All piping disconnected from the sump cover?

Eight (8) hex head capscrews (5/8\ x 2\") from the cover plate removed?"

Cover plate lifted from the sump?

Primary (250034-116) and secondary (250034-118) removed?

Receiver/sump tank inspected for rust, dirt, etc?

Replace your fluid filter element and the gasket under any of the following conditions, whichever occur first

To replace fluid filter element:

Using a strap wrench, remove the old element and gasket

Apply a light film of fluid to the new gasket

Hand tighten new element until new gasket is seated in the gasket groove. Avoid any nick, cuts or pinches to the gasket.

Continue tightening element by hand an additional 1/2 to 1/4 turn

Restart compressor and check for leaks
