Place empty oil container (minimum 4 quarts) under oil drain tube.

Close oil drain valve after oil stops draining.

Contact your dealer or RAMVAC if water is present in the oil.

Unscrew oil filter and remove filter element.

Is the oil filter element clean?

Ensure the RAMVAC is still on before starting the cleaning process.

Rinse each high volume line with hot water (approximately one quart).

Rinse each saliva ejector line with hot water (a few ounces).

Aspirate a few ounces of dental vacuum line cleaner through each vacuum line

Ensure the cleaner has the following qualities

Ensure the Bulldog vacuum unit is thoroughly warmed-up

Record the vacuum setting in inches of Hg

Record the ambient temperature in ºF

Measure the drip rate at the Dripper Site Glass in drops per minute

Is the drip rate within the specified range?

Contact dealer or RAMVAC if the drip rate is not as specified

Is the V-belt cracked or frayed?

Replace V-belt if cracked or frayed

Does the V-belt squeak at start up?

Adjust V-belt tension if it squeaks at start up
