Check windshield washer fluid level

Look for unusual tire wear or damage

Rotate tires at the first sign of irregular wear

Check the fluid levels of the coolant reservoir

Check the fluid levels of the brake master cylinder

Check function of all interior and exterior light

Sign off on the monthly car maintenance

Warning: Do not contaminate the bulb glass by touching it with your fingers or by allowing it to contact other oily surfaces. Shortened bulb life will result.

Remove the two screws holding the housing/lens to the body

Separate the connector holding the housing and wiring harness to the body

Turn the desired bulb socket a quarter turn and remove the socket and bulb from housing

Pull the desired bulb straight from the socket

Reverse the procedure for installation of bulbs and housing

Sign off on the lamp replacement

Warning: Do not use silicon-based protection products to clean your bedliner. Silicon-based products can become slippery and may result in personal injury.

Rinse your truck bed out with water to remove any loose dirt and debris.

Mix a mild soap or detergent with water, and clean truck bed with a soft cloth or brush.

Once dry, apply a small amount of Mopar® Spray-On Bedliner Conditioner to a moist towel or sponge and wipe over the entire surface of the truck bedliner.

Spray-On Bedliners are chemically-resistant to many different types of chemicals (including gasoline, oil, hydraulic fluids) for short periods of time. If a spill occurs on your Spray-On Bedliner, rinse the truck out as soon as possible to avoid permanent damage.

While extremely tough, it is possible to damage a Spray-On Bedliner. One common condition is when loading a heavy pallet and dragging that pallet across the floor of the bed. If a nail or sharp point is exposed under the weight of the pallet a scratch or tear is possible. While not covered by your new vehicle warranty, a cosmetic fix to cover the metal exposed by the scratch is required.

To repair a tear or gouge, follow the directions provided in the Mopar® Quick Repair Kit.

Sign off on the bedliner maintenance

NOTE: The proper cold tire inflation pressure is listed on the driver’s side B-pillar or the rear edge of the driver's side door.

Check the inflation pressure of each tire, including the spare tire (if equipped), at least monthly and inflate to the recommended pressure for your vehicle.

This placard tells you important information about the: 1. Number of people that can be carried in the vehicle. 2. Total weight your vehicle can carry. 3. Tire size designed for your vehicle. 4. Cold tire inflation pressures for the front, rear, and spare tires.

Check and adjust tire pressure with a good quality pocket-type pressure gauge. Do not make a visual judgment when determining proper inflation. Tires may look properly inflated even when they are underinflated.

Inspect tires for signs of tire wear or visible damage.

CAUTION!: After inspecting or adjusting the tire pressure, always reinstall the valve stem cap. This will prevent moisture and dirt from entering the valve stem, which could damage the valve stem.

Inflation pressures specified on the placard are always “cold tire inflation pressure”. Cold tire inflation pressure is defined as the tire pressure after the vehicle has not been driven for at least three hours, or driven less than 1 mile (1.6 km) after sitting for a minimum of three hours. The cold tire inflation pressure must not exceed the maximum inflation pressure molded into the tire sidewall.

Check tire pressures more often if subject to a wide range of outdoor temperatures, as tire pressures vary with temperature changes.

WARNING!: Do not attempt to inspect an accessory drive belt with vehicle running.

WARNING!: When working near the radiator cooling fan, disconnect the fan motor lead. The fan is temperature controlled and can start at any time regardless of ignition mode. You could be injured by the moving fan blades.

WARNING!: You can be badly injured working on or around a motor vehicle. Only do service work for which you have the knowledge and the proper equipment. If you have any doubt about your ability to perform a service job, take your vehicle to a competent mechanic.

Small cracks that run across the ribbed surface of a belt from rib to rib

Cracks running along a rib (not across)

Excessive wear, frayed cords, or severe glazing

Conditions that would require replacement

Faulty component such as a belt pulley

Sign off on the accessory drive belt inspection
