Drain air receiver of air pressure

Quarterly or 300 Hour Check List

Check condition and alignment of belt, flywheel, and motor pulley

Adjust belt tension if necessary or replace belt if worn

Check pressure switch unloader to ensure compressor head unloads whenever motor shuts down

Check the oil quantity and quality before operating the compressor

Is the compressor in operation?

Use only Omega 30wt. Non-Detergent Compressor Oil

Slowly pour the proper oil into the pump crankcase

Ensure oil level is between the marks 'H' and 'L' on the oil stick or on the red circle on the sight glass

Drain air receiver of air pressure

Drain condensation from air receiver

Check for any unusual noise or vibration

Ensure all nuts and bolts are tight

Drain air receiver of air pressure

Clean air filter by opening air filter cap. Replace filter if necessary.

Check the oil quantity before operating the compressor

Check the oil quality before operating the compressor

Ensure no oil is added or changed while the compressor is in operation

Slowly pour the proper oil into the pump crankcase

Is the oil level between the marks 'H' and 'L' on the oil stick or on the red circle on the sight glass?
