Air Cleaner with Dust Indicator

Dust indicator button pressed to reset the indicator

NOTICE: The air filter should not be changed until the indicator reads “RED”. Dispose of old air filter. It may not be cleaned or reused.

Change Engine Oil and Oil Filter

During initial operation of a new engine, change oil and filter between a minimum of 100 hrs. and a maximum of 250 hrs. Service interval depends on type of oil.

Generator: Measure Insulation Resistance Over 3M ohms;

Check and Adjust Engine Valve Clearance

Inspect Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) *2

Expectation for minimal service interval will be at least 3000 hrs. based on engine power. However, actual service should take place when indicated by diagnostic gauge.

Please contact nearest authorized Multiquip Service Center for DPF Cleaning.

Sign off on the generator maintenance

Replace the fuel filter cartridge with new one every 500 hours or so.

Loosen the drain plug at the lower top of the fuel filter. Drain the fuel in the fuel body together with the mixed water. DO NOT spill the fuel during disassembly.
