1000 Hourly Electrical Cabinet Fan and Filter Cleaning
WARNING! Turn OFF the main power and disconnect the plantside power supply (breaker). Use a ladder or service platform when working in elevated places. Loss of balance may result in serious injury
CAUTION! If foreign matter adheres to the fan, it impairs cooling performance. Clean the fan periodically. Dust and dirt may damage the filter and prevent air flow. Clean the filter periodically. Do not wash the filter by hand. The filter may gradually deteriorate after being cleaned about 5 - 10 times. If the filter deteriorates, replace it with a new filter
Turn OFF the main power
Disconnect the plant-side power supply (breaker)
Remove the side cover
Remove the power connector
Remove the fan guard
NOTE! Take care not to let the fan body fall when the screws are removed
Clean the fan guard and fan
1000 Hourly Hydraulic Unit Oil Replacement
Main power turned OFF?
Fill port cap removed?
Drain pan placed beneath the drain plug?
Drain plug removed and oil drained?
Drain plug replaced?
Enter the oil level gage reading
Fill port cap replaced?
Main power turned ON?
Pump pressure and suction noise are normal?
1000 Hourly Lubricant Tank Cleaning
WARNING! Turn OFF the main power
Main power turned OFF
Suction filter and fill port filter removed
CAUTION! Protective glasses must be worn to prevent eye damage form dust or foreign matter (those who are wearing glasses included)
Inside of the tank cleaned with a neutral detergent
Lubricating unit remounted
Lubricant supplied
Sign off on the lubricant tank cleaning
1000 Hourly Pneumatic Device Filter Inspection
WARNING! Turn OFF the main power
Turn OFF the main power
Rotate the valve CW to shut off the compressed air supply
Turn the manual drain cock in the counterclockwise direction to release residual pressure
Confirm the pressure gage indicates 0 MPa
Inspect/replace the air filter element
Removing Air Filter Assembly Case
Slide the lock button downward and rotate the assembly case 45 degrees CW or CCW
Pull the assembly case downward to remove
1000 Hourly Suction Strainer and Tank Cleaning
1) Turn OFF the main power
2) Drain oil in the tank
NOTE! Refer to the steps 3) - 5) in "Replacing Oil" (page 2-346)
3) Remove the bolts beneath the tank and pull the hydraulic unit out from the base
4) Loosen the hose band
5) Disconnect the piping
6) Remove the tank upper plate
7) Clean the suction strainer using the following procedure
a) Remove the suction strainer
