Remove the burner side access panel

Remove the screws holding the burner side access panel

Disconnect the pilot supply line from the gas valve

Disconnect the ignition cable from the ignition controller

Blower Bearings Inspection and Maintenance

Check blower bearings for unusual wear

Verify all components of the blower assembly are in place

Remove the burner side access panel

Disconnect gas manifold at ground union joint

Remove the two screws holding the manifold to the heat exchanger support

Slide the manifold through the manifold bracket

Does the unit have a dirty filter warning light?

If the dirty filter light is on, clean or replace the filters.

Check filters if there is no dirty filter warning light.

Clean or replace filters if necessary.

Is the unit in a dirty atmosphere?

Describe any additional maintenance required due to dirty atmosphere.

Ensure the unit is free from dust, dirt, grease, and foreign matter.

Combustion Air and Exhaust Vent Piping

Inspect the combustion air and exhaust vent piping for blockages or damage.

Burner Ports and Pilot Burner Orifices

Check the burner ports for cleanliness and damage.

Inspect the pilot burner orifices for cleanliness and damage.

Describe any issues found with the burner ports or pilot burner orifices.
